Dr. Alebachew Demoz is a research scientist with CANMET Western Research Centre, One Oil Patch Drive, Suite A202, Devon, Alberta, Canada. He currently is involved in corrosion monitoring of pipelines. His interests include using new technologies for corrosion monitoring, surface electrochemistry, and analytical methods for online process control. He has a Ph.D. in chemistry and recently joined NACE
