Mr. Fennelly is the Licensing Director for Polymer Alloys LLC in their Shrub Oak, New York -based department. He is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals and has, for most of his career, been a registered patent attorney specializing in the chemical arts.
